Overlooking the River Boyne and neighbouring the Scotch Hall development this building is sited on the main axis approach into the newly regenerated heart of Drogheda. KA Developments commissioned the practice to design a contemporary landmark building housing a mixed-use programme of retail and office space with stunning views of the town and surrounding Boyne Valley.
