Holy Cross Parish Church, Dundrum
Following our success in the Holy Cross Church design competition, Niall D. Brennan Associates are pleased to be formally appointed, to carry out the design of this project. We look forward to bringing this project through the planning process and to completion. The improvement works, will re-establish Holy Cross Church as a pivotal building within the heart of Dundrum, NDBA are currently working on design development with the Dundrum Parish Development Building Committee and the local clergy.

Rosemont Secondary School, Sandyford
Niall D. Brennan Associates along with their clients REFL are delighted with the recent decision by An Bord Pleanala to grant planning permission for Rosemont Secondary School, Sandyford. This new 350 students secondary school will be located in the foothills of the Dublin mountains. Building work on the school is due to commence in April 2011. The building comprises of 1.5 to 2 storeys and is designed in a trigleaf form, with the sports hall, a classroom block and assembly block radiating from a central general purpose forum area acting as the fulcrum to the scheme. The building has been subtly inserted into the landscape, and the landscape design assists in the natural integration of the building.

Niall D. Brennan Associates achieve ISO 9001:2008 Certification
NDBA architects are now an ISO 9001:2008 accredited firm. This accreditation formalises our previous extensive in house management procedures and our existing quality standards and policies. These procedures have been modified to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We believe that this recognition of our Quality Control procedures will allow us to further enhance the service that we provide to our client as well as being a world recognised standard.

Conservation and Restoration works conclude at Dartry House
Dartry House, the former home of the famous entrepreneur and industrialist William Martin Murphy is a protected structure in the leafy suburbs of Orwell Park. NDBA architects oversaw the extensive refurbishment and conversion of Dartry House, into seven luxury apartments. The restoration works carried out to Dartry House will ensure the continued use of this historic building.

Niall D. Brennan Associates were delighted to be announced as winners, in the Holy Cross Parish Church Improvement Ideas Competition. This competition was the first ecclesiastical competition administered by the RIAI (Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland) in over two decades.

The development of Sandford Square is located at Merton Drive, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, and comprises of 5 period style 3 storey over basement terrace houses. These 4 bedroom houses range from 250 sq. m. to 350 sq. m. and are built to an A-rated building energy standard.
