Building Energy Rating (BER) Update

Since January 1st 2009 legislation now requires every building, whether Commercial or Residential for sale, lease or rent, to be provided with a BER Certificate indicating its Building Energy Rating.  Elaine MacMahon MRIAI, who is an Associate in NDBA, recently qualified as a Non-Domestic BER Assessor and has registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) the state agency, which oversees this legislation.

This further expands her qualifications, as she is already a registered Domestic Assessor with SEI.  NDBA are delighted to add this valuable service to the skills base that we offer to our clients.
